Pani, ktori s tym mate skusenosti... ako je to so zadnym oblozenim u koncernovych 256x22mm brzdovych kotucov (O1 RS, G4 GTI, G4 R32 apod.)? Konkretne u O1 RS (256x22) brzdovych kotucov je v ETKE cislo pre brzdove oblozenie 1J0 698 451 C (resp. K), pricom pre brzdovy kotuc 239x9mm je brzdove oblozenie 1J0 698 451 F (resp. J). To by bolo celkom ok, keby napr. FERODO vyrabali pre tieto OEM kody rozne brzdove oblozenia - ale nie je tomu tak! Pre obidva typy je urcene oblozenie FE FDB1083 (rada Premier) resp. FDS1083 (rada DS Performance)! Nemam este presne zistene ako je tomu u inych vyrobcov brzdovych oblozeni, ale co som mal moznost pozriet rozmery tak vsetci uvadzaju tu istu velkost 52,9x87x17mm (vyska-sirka-hrubka), co v konecnom dosledku na 256x22mm kotuci vyzera nejako takto (oblozenie FE Premier - je tam par sto km, ale uz je dosadnute celou plochou, cize o moc lepsie to nebude):



Skusal som pozriet ako su na tom povodne GEOMET kotuce a Lucas oblozenia - uzivatel kemar mal v inzerate tento obrazok (dufam ze sa nehneva) kde je vidno ze sa jedna zhruba o tu istu situaciu - oblozenie nie je presne dimenzovane na stycnu plochu kotuca):




Otazka znie - existuje konkretny druh zadnych brzdovych oblozeni, ktore by presne kopirovali stycnu plochu 256x22mm kotuca? Kopec ludi tu preraba na chladene zadne brzdy, nestretli ste sa s tym niekto? Ako ste to riesili? Alebo to vadi len mne?

jedine že by si si nechal na zákazku vyrobiť, obloženia dostupné na trhu nikdy nepokrývajú celú plochu, ale prečo to by ti mohol nejaký strojár vysvetliť

Když jsem laboroval ze zadníma brzdama s kotoučem 280*22, tak jsem ho upravil na soustruhu aby destičky byly tak akorát(jedině kotouč upravit na soustruhu). Teď mám taky 256*22 a taky nesedí přesně na celý průměr. Je to normální. Někdy to můžou udělat hodně jeté desky, že ojedou i ten kraj, ale série vždy bude taková nesjetá až do kraje....
